More London love.

Our last day in London was unbelievably fun and jam packed!
One of the highlights of the day was that Nick and I had the opportunity to see the Ceremony of the Keys at the Tower of London! The Ceremony of the Keys is the tradition of locking up the Tower and has taken place on each and every night, without fail, for at least 700 years. The importance of securing this fortress for the night is still very relevant because, although the Monarch no longer resides at this royal palace, the Crown Jewels and many other valuable still do! The beefeaters let a group of about 12 of us inside the gates after they have been closed to the public. It was eerie and quiet and so entertaining! I would highly recommend trying to get tickets if you are headed to London.
